Product Safety Precautions:

1.  It is not recommended to use the resistant bands on surfaces that are rough, such as tar road or sandy field.
2. Do not attach the resistive band to any surface with a sharp edge such as a pole or pillar by hooking or looping it over the surface.
3. In order to prevent your band from snapping in the middle of a workout, check it for signs of damage such as breaks, white area, cuts, tears, holes, and nicks.
4. Make sure that it is properly fastened in its position so that it does not fall off while you are working out. Make an effort to pull on the attached resistive band to determine whether or not it will break.
5. Sanctband Active bands are constructed from natural latex, which is known to trigger allergic reactions in certain people.
6. Caution is advised when performing the exercises at head height! Keep the band away from your eyes because it could easily slip out of your palm or holder and snap in the face!
7. Sanctband | Sanctband Active (F ≥200%) should not be overstretched, and you should avoid creating an excessive amount of stress. Determine which band best accommodates your current level of physical fitness and muscle strength.

Product Care & Storage Advice:

1. Do not store outdoors. Keep the bands out of the direct sunlight and away from the heat.
2. When keeping resistant bands, try to keep sharp objects separate from them.
3. To remove any dirt or debris that may be stuck to the resistive bands, wipe them down with a clean cloth.
4. Check the general condition of your resistance bands frequently. Stop using the product and replace it if you discover a crack or snag.
